AI Reels & Short is a zero-data-collection application.

- No Server Connectivity: The application operates independently on your mobile device. There is no central server managed by the developer, and the developer has no way to access, see, or monitor your app usage or preferences.
2. Local Data Storage
All data required to run the application, including your settings, configurations, and generated content, is stored locally on your device.
- Any text, quotes, shayari, or images you convert into short videos (ranging from 5 seconds to 90 seconds) remain entirely within your device's local storage.
- Since no data is transmitted to the developer, your data is never shared, sold, or rented to any third parties.
3. Gemini API Usage and Paid Plan Liability
The application utilizes Google’s Gemini API to process text/images and generate video content.
- User-Provided API Key: The developer does not provide any built-in API keys. Users must register for their own Gemini API key through Google under their own name and input it into the app.
- Direct Integration: The app connects your device directly to Google's servers via your personal API key.
- Future Pricing Changes: Currently, users may utilize Google's free tier for the Gemini API. However, if Google decides to make the Gemini API a fully paid service in the future, users will be required to subscribe to Google's paid plans to continue using the generation features. The developer has no control over Google's pricing, terms of service, or policies, and bears no financial liability for any charges incurred by the user.
4. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep the application active, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app.
- AdMob may collect and use anonymous device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), cookies, or general network information to serve relevant ads.

5. Content Ownership and Copyright
- User Ownership: All content (including motivational, spiritual, devotional, quote, and shayari videos) generated through the app using your Gemini API key is completely unique.
- Copyright-Free Control: The generated videos are copyright-free, and you have full ownership and control over them.
- Social Media Sharing: You are fully authorized to export, upload, and share your generated videos across various third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, WhatsApp Status, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Note: When sharing content on these platforms, you must comply with their respective community guidelines and terms of service.
6. Children's Privacy
Our application does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data is kept locally on the device, we do not store any information related to minors.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the app is not connected to a server, any updates to this policy will be bundled with future application updates. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
